Your friend uploaded an image of you on Facebook that you don't want anybody to see. Also even worse, they tagged you. So currently the image is out there for your friends to see. Thankfully you can remove the tag from the image.
How Do You Remove A Tag On Facebook
To remove a tag from a message:
1. Go to the post.
2. Faucet in the leading right.
3. Click Remove tag.
To eliminate a tag from a photo:
1. Go to the picture.
2. Float over the picture and click Options in the bottom right.
3. Select Remove tag.
If you're having difficulty locating the image or post you wish to hide, you can use your activity log to find it.
You can also eliminate tags from several photos simultaneously:
1. From your News Feed, click your name in the leading left to head to your profile.
2. Click Activity Log in the bottom right of your cover photo.
3. Click Photos and Videos in the left column.
4. Click Photos and Videos You're tagged In.
5. Click to examine the box to the left of the images you want to eliminate a tag from.
6. Click Report/Remove Tag.
7. Click to select your favored alternative, then click Untag Photos to confirm.
Eliminated tags will certainly no longer show up on the post or photo, but the post or image is still visible to the target market it's shown to. Individuals may be able to watch the post or picture in position like News Feed or search engine result. To remove it from Facebook entirely, ask the individual who posted it to take it down.
